I recently bought a broken iPhone off eBay, thinking that I could fix it. However, when opening it up, I noticed that the #7 connector wasn't attached (bottom right), because the socket was destroyed - I have no idea how that could be possible. What does this connect anyway? Is there any way I could replace the broken connector (on the motherboard), or can the phone still function without it.
