what does "clear business days" mean exactly if singed on a Sunday?

if a contract says the lapse time is within 3 clear business days after date signed. I read that the days counted will start after the signed date; singed on monday, contract will expire after thursday. How about if the contract was singed on a Sunday instead? will the contract then be expired on Wednesday or Thursday?
