What does CCU stand for when it comes to Law?

I had a fine I was supposed to pay and couldn't pay it, so I looked online at my record and it says "CCU SENT" and I'm just wondering what that means because when I google it I get many different things so I'm not sure which one it stands for..

Serious answers please!!
 
It sounds like an abbreviation that your county uses for a term or phrase. I'd call the number on their website and ask them about it.
