A April New member Jun 1, 2010 #3 I went on the website for the answer but i never got it. They say they have certain rates if you call outside the united states but it says nothing about receiving international calls. Does anyone know if they charge and if so how much?

J Jill New member Jun 1, 2010 #4 to receive calls the caller pays for it. if you want to make calls then you pay.
