What does being able to create good one liners mean?

For a theatre arts project my class we were to create a talk show with our group. Well, after we had done ours my teacher said I had good one-liners. However this wasn't a memorization of precreated lines it was mostly improv. So I can tell this is a good thing and I know what a oneliner is but how can I use this to make myself a better theatre person thing.
 
Congratulations! Your teacher pretty much just said you're a natural at Comedy Improvisation. (A one-liner is a funny remark or a joke contained in a single sentence.) If you want to look into Comedy Improv Theatre, I would recommend researching if your school is involved with ComedySportz High School league.
