What does "ativan 1mg iv q2h prn agitation" mean?

I was on Status Shuffle on Facebook and one of the status' said, "You know you're a nurse when you see 'Ativan 1mg IV Q2H PRN Agitation' and you smile." I'm not a nurse, so I have no idea what this means. Please enlighten me?
 
It means your giving the drug(ativan) thru an IV every 2 hrs (Q2h) as needed (PRN)
