I dropped my iPod a while ago and the screen cracked. Now it'll freeze for about five minutes every once in a while and it won't do anything. My music will be playing and I can't turn it down, it won't turn off, and I can't go anywhere pressing the home button. It'll turn itself off and back on in a couple minutes though. Every once in a while a white flash will pop up too but only for a second. Can anyone tell me what insurance covers and if I do have to get this fixed, about how much will it cost?
