what does an immigration email saying concern has been raised after verification means?

tnx for ur answer...ya i certainly know that..but i got that email on 1dec saying will quote a letter to on monday i.e. after 3 days of receiving the email..its been more thn 2 weeks now but have't heard 4m thm ever since
