What does Alan Sugar mean when he calls people 'too corporate'?

Hi,

In the Apprentice UK, Alan Sugar often refers to people who he considers boring or not very passionate as too corporate. I am wondering what he means by this, does he mean people who work in corporate backgrounds are boring?

And what is the opposite of being corporate then?
