J js als New member Dec 13, 2010 #1 theres a phone on ebay that im going to buy for about 132 and it says ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ACTIVATE (its verizon) does that mean that you have to get a whole new contract or can you use it on an exsiting line, what does activate mean?
