Ohh, HIYA, Dev!!! :::::::wavin':::::::::::
Yea, sorry, I hadn't been on here for quite some time, I don't know why, though. Well, I had been unemployed for a long time, so I was always job searching, researching, signed up on various networking sites, viewed a bunch of job-related webinars, etc...I am telling you, trying to find work these days is literally like a full-time job! Plus, I've had a lot of interviews to go on....and beforehand, I always do research, prepare questions, plus prepare questions I want to ask, and go over questions interviewers might ask. I know I was totally qualified for many of the jobs I Interviewed with, but I kept hearing either..I am OVERqualified or I am just "not the right fit". I was starting to think I wasn't getting hired due to my visible disability, because I have a visible limp, plus after sitting in an interview for a while, I always get very stiff and have a hard time getting up. I know some people notice my limp because I see them looking down at my ankle, although my ankle isn't the only body part that's causing me problems. I also walk slightly bent forward, I walk differently and more slowly. But anyway, I finally landed a job, yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy and I really love it!! Then recently I realized that I hadn't come here for a long time, so I wanted to check back in. I was hoping to come across a spiney that I knew through here! Unfortunately, I am not pain-free, but I just have to deal with it right now.
How have you been feeling????? Fill me in!
