There seems to be a lot of problems right now occurring to my sony vaio laptop like crashing the recent one that occured seem to be having a black screen then some distorted colors appear similar to a tv that doesn't have a channel so my question is will my recovery disk fix this prolblems? i thought it brings the laptop back to factory settings.. any steps i had to do? and also I'll be needing an external HDD to save the files i need right?
