What does a 60,000 mile service include on a car (honda civic 2004 lx) and what

is the average cost? I really just want to have everything done so I won't have to worry about it anymore cos from 45,000 going to 60,000 miles I just had some oil change services and a brake pad change. I didn't really wanna bother cos I wanted to wait until it got to 60,000 miles. and also my tires need to be replaced also. I was wondering if i could change the tires later after the service.
 
Usually a tune up, tranny fluid flush, engine service - cleaner etc, collant flush, etc.......

You usually get the brakes checked, belts & hoses checked, tires.....

What else................
