What doctor will prescribe spiro to me?

I was on Yaz for a few months and my acne went away, but with the recent concern over it I decided to stop. I'm pretty sure my acne is hormonal considering how well it cleared up on birth control, and no topical treatment has ever helped. I want to try spiro, but I don't know what kind of doctor to talk to. Would I talk to a dermatologist? Or does anyone know of any other treatment for hormonal acne?
 
Tell me what the concern is with Yaz? Also, a Dermo or an endocrinologist would be good.I personally have never had anything but Spiro help my cystic acne
 
Oh, it's like the warning commercials on TV that they have for every other drug out there(the ones that tell you to call a lawyer if so and so happened). Then I decided to look it up to comfort myself and came across, well, it made me a little paranoid to take it. I wouldn't be able to stop thinking about it if I did really. Strokes and stuff for young people I guess.

Yaz did help with my cystic acne though, which is mostly what I have a problem with. If spiro works for that then it's worth a shot, I think I'll try to find a dermatologist. Thanks for responding. :-)
