What do you think would be a good title for the novel I'm writing?

**REPOST!**

I'm writing a novel about this guy, Freddie Williams -- who is a druggie working as a low-paid secretary at a publishing company, and he gets the chance to go back 10 years into the past.. on his 15th birthday, the day where everything went right, and everything went wrong.

He wakes up 10 years in the past, to his mother calling his name (who in the future, died, along with his father, in a car crash.) He thinks he's dreaming at first.. but then he realizes that he somehow went back in time. **I'm still not sure how.**

He meets two girls on his birthday -- Gretchen White and Monica (Moe) Martinez. Gretchen is aggressive, and seemingly his worst nightmare, while he thinks Moe is the girl of his dreams. He knows that in the future that he somehow falls in love with Gretchen, but he never got to tell her before she committed suicide a year later. How long will he be in the past -- and will it change his future?
**I was thinking of using the title Napkins, because when he was 15 Freddie worked in the Cleveland Dinner and Moe asks him for napkins the day he met her and Gretchen while they were working on a project. What do you think?**

Oh and also, the main theme of the story is a coming of age type story, with of course a bit of science fiction and a lot of romance. It's basically about Freddie who goes back and time and gets to do his life over.. I haven't exactly worked out all the details yet so any help on that would also be appreciated! Thanks! =]

1.) What should I title it?
2.) Does anyone have any ideas for what should happen in between? I mean, wouldn't it be kind of boring in the POV of Freddie, when he already knows what is going to happen? I was thinking Gretchen could get a really bad boyfriend, who takes advantage of her.. and Freddie keeps trying to stop it. But then Gretchen tries to commit suicide and Freddie stops her.. little does he know it will alter with the future. And throughout the novel he TRIES to not fall in love with Gretchen again (and to fall for Moe) but it doesn't exactly work out. And in the end Gretchen is shot by her boyfriend, and the hospital security carries Freddie away because he's going insane not able to see her, since he wants to tell her that he loves her (which in the end he never gets to do.) I know in the end he wakes up in the future, and he is married to Moe -- with a better job, and lifestyle. But he still will never forget Gretchen. Is that ending good? Problem is, I don't know what should happen in the middle to keep it interesting. So any ideas?
