Ok well this is going to become a debate. I am a quite dedicated drawer and I love talking about it so. And this one subject seems to be the heat of debate.
American animation/comics=Japanese animation/comics. Not talking about style. But rather that they are both important in the animation world. One day a girl brought up the subject of Anime/Manga, I started talking to her about it saying on how which Anime/manga I enjoyed. She corrected me on how I said Anime or Manga. Being me I told her it was not a big deal, which she said it was. I said that it doesn't matter, and that she was making a fool out of her self by saying anime because that is the japanese word for 'Animation' so why do we need to say it in Japanese. We went on debating, one point she said that Anime was different than American cartoons, I said that Anime is a cartoon so why is it different. She said that Anime and Manga had a deeper and more Adult tones. What about Batman, Family Guy, ect. I told her.
Do you get where I'm getting at? Is one superior to the other?
