Beau in Disguise?

For those who didn't see my previous questions, my 6 year old daughter has been sick since yesterday morning. She's been running a temp (it's highest was 103 but it's currently at 101) and has been extremely lethargic. She has been sleeping/resting for a majority of the day (I even had to carry her into the doctor's office this afternoon because she was so listless) but is finally awake enough to sit and look at books.
No aches, no cough, no vomiting.
She's been asking to go outside to sit because so far I've been keeping her basically quarantined to the couch...what do you think? Okay or not?
I should probably mention it's 75 and sunny right now. I think the sunshine would help but I worry about pollen and what-not (she does get seasonal allergies but in case this is a virus and her immunity is down I don't want her exposed to anything unnecessary).
Okay I set her up on the porch swing with a pillow and blanket...laying down actually...just enough wind to rock it back and forth. I think she's in heaven lol...I think I'm going to have to join her once I get dinner in the oven. Thanks guys
