A girl that will be 21 soon but a man that will be 47 sooner. The man is single, lives alone, about a block away from my friend that's interest in him. He has three daughters, oldest almost 20 and youngest 11 or 12. He's her manager. He's got a very humorous and young personality. If he was 20 years younger I'd go after him. 
anyways, I think him and my friend are going to turn into an item but I don't want her to be hurt or lose her job over this. Any advice I can give her? Oh and btw she's "sort of" dating a cook at her work. She doesn't want to and her manager doesn't want her to be with him either but he's immature and she needs to keep the peace until one of them find a different job. Please advise.
