My fiance is out of state working until February. He's been gone a little over a month and we normally talk every day at least once on the phone.
Today he didn't call all day and I've been sick so I was getting ready to go to bed early tonight and thought I'd call him and tell him the usual I love you and good night. When he answered, it was very loud where he was and it sounded like he was at a bar, which wouldn't bother me- I don't care if he wants to go out and drink with his friends.. BUT..
When he answered, he was very quick and said "Hey, I'll call you in a couple hours. I gotta go."
I said "I'm going to bed. Give me five minutes."
He said, "I'm busy. I'll call you in the morning" and hung up.
I waited about twenty minutes and thought about it and the more I thought about it, the more hurt I was. I called him back and this time when he answered, he said "HELLO?" and acted annoyed. I asked, "Is there a girl there with you?" because it was the only reason I could think of for him being so quick on the phone earlier.
He said "No, there's no girl here. Everybody say hi!" and I guess raised his phone up so I could hear everyone. A group of guys all yelled "Hi" and then one of them started laughing and said "Damn! These chicks sound like dudes!" trying to be funny. I told my fiance that I didn't find it very funny and that it was kind of a d-baggy thing of him to do to make them all say hi to me in the first place. He told me that I was being too clingy for wanting him to say good night to me and then he hung up on me again.
Do you think there's another girl? Do you think I'm right to be upset?
I should also point out that his friends (guys) were saying other things like "Hang up on the B*tch" and telling him to turn off his phone when they realized we were arguing about it.
