...explosion? It's the holy month of Ramadan, and the suicide truck bomber struck in the evening, just as hundreds of people would have been gathering to break the daily fast. Having attended such gatherings at the hotel, I suspect most of the crowd would not have been the Western infidels so detested by the extremists, but Pakistanis - and Muslims.

what do muslims say to this?

one abortion clinic was bombed in 1996. one nurse died. i never heard of abortion clinics been bombed daily.

Muslims bomb and murder others daily in hundreds because they are inspired by the koran to do so, and been doing it for 1400 years

It sounded a bit biased, yes, but the latest info confirm that most victims are Pakistanis. This doesn't make it less dramatic, for they are all human beings, irrespective of their religion.

About the NationMaster report:
Most Muslims countries are not open societies, so I would be a bit cautious about their statistics.
Also, the first 19 countries at the top are not the typical so called 'anti-Muslim, Western countries' (whatever that may be) we hear so much about.
 
I didnt read the report in full cause I get sick of hearing about it.. I just view it as another deranged person who is sick in the mind,, who is not represented by Islam, but jsut labeled himself a muslim.. Not unlike any person of another faith who does some stupid deranged crime in the name of their religion....
I do not judge Christians by the many abortion clinic bombings, the priests that rape young boys, the scandels of the TV evangelists who embezzle funds, or the polygamous cults of the south...

Hold up. You have your facts all wrong. First off....your "ex" muslim side note, at the end of everything you write is only making your questions an answers look more ridiculous thats one. Two, your being very ignorant. The Quran doesn't say to go out and blow up everything, you obviously have never read it. Three, i dont know if you have noticed, but THOUSANDS of kids are dying everyday because of the WAR in IRAQ. MILLIONS of them are orphans. And we're the murderers? Get your facts straight please. Well the rumor is that pakistani officials were suppose to be there, but they got wind of an attack, so they didn't go.

I think they are letting america take care of their problems since they are afraid for the safety of their own lives.....this should be a message to them that even when they don't publicly endorse what America does, they are still in danger.

I say any senseless act that kills innocent civilians muslim or not muslim is an act of a coward and I have nothing but contempt for them. Exactly what is they are trying to achieve? What is it they think they are doing for Islam? Nothing I can see except bring a bad name to the faith and that is 100% Un Islamic.
"God does not love an aggressor" and "to kill one innocent person is like killing all of mankind". Maybe they should ponder on those verses a little more.
I cannot relate to these people on any level. And the Islam I know and love could not be further from what these people do and carry out.

18 bombings, 17 deaths, 1,700 violent attacks against abortion clinics......Poor Naweed you will never learn will you?
 
That's how terrorism works: regular people become afraid to carry on as normal leading to an economic downturn, leading to regular folks blaming the government then demanding some sort of even more disastrous change. The hope is, that in the end, people will adopt the minorities views so they can get back to living their life. It is just easier for Muslims to do this because the religion is based on violence against the basically undefined unbelievers (allows even fellow Muslims to be murdered).
