do you know your all i think about.

do you know your all i want.

do you know when i see you....my heart stops.

when i see you with them.....i want to die.

your the only thing I think of. always on my mind,

you have me spinning in circles.

I'm dieing slowly without you.

i don't know were i would be without you.

i love talking to you. but you make it so hard.

everything just goes on and on....or doesn't go anywhere.

i want things to be perfect. but they cant be....why?

why do things have to be so hard.

why you?

why now?

I'm going to die if you ever leave me.

i will miss you to much.

so don't go.

don't leave me.

my day would be the worst without you.

you always make it better in the end.

but that doesn't matter.

I want YOU to be happy.

your always so down.

and it hurts to see you hurt.

don't hurt me. by hurting yourself.

so don't let go......

Sounds like love poem and suicide at same time when you talk about killing your self if he goes but it was a good poem!
 
its sweet.
kinda pathetic at the same time

your young. we can all tell
you have a lot to learn though.
 
its not "your" its "you are"

the rest of the poem is good
just correct the vocabulary mistakes
