what do you think of this poem and how i can improve it? its basically just

[Rock The Disco!]

my thoughts spilled on a canvas? and here it comes
my voice it cracks
my hands they shake
and my hearts starting to show
no no no i cant let you in
i cant let you see
the real me
you had a chance
you lost it
and im going insane
out of my mind
my lips, they tremble
my eyes, they look into yours
so cold
so cold
and my heart, its breaking
yet you so mercilessly don't give a damn
you promised me heaven
and if this is what you promised me
im so afraid of what hell will be like
i dont know whether im right or wrong.
my only outlet now is these pills and songs.
