What do you think of this? Please i need your advice/opinions?

OK, Since i was a child I wanted to join the Australian Army, im 14 now and still got a long way to go, I excercise regularly and my routines are based on the army aptitude tests and the SF barrier test, I just did it a couple minutes ago and these are my results:

PUSHUPS 60 Time= 1'11'57
SITUPS 100 Time=4'37'10
CHIN UPS 10 Time= 0'16'34
I only did a 1k jog but the test is 2.4k in under 11 mins and 30seconds and this is my result: 9'18'00

1 Lap equals 9'18'00 2X 9'18'00 =
2 LAPs =18'36' 00
:/
What can i do to produce a better result under 11 mins. Thankyou and I heard that you have to have some work experience before joining the army e-mail me and ill be more specific thanks all help is appreciated lots.
