Woman to
Crying names
Slave chant
Rebellions

In paved broke way
Tear of blood
On her heart, her mind
Still crucifix statue lights

Candle lit
The crowing fragile
Shell shock
Of souls

American sunrise
Solidifies
Stoic and brave
Wild eyed

Eagle soaring
Over ruins
Bleeding hearts
That sing of rebellion
