I purchased a fitpass, my college offers a bunch of fitness classes scheduled throughout the week (zumba, kickbox, yoga, abs, pilates, total body training) and there is one called Boot Camp: "A fast and fun workout-- this class combines rope jumping, conditioning drills, relays, core training and much more! Come play!"
Would you think this will be a really good workout? Like a 400-500 cal burning session? I just can't decide if this is something my school created or if other gyms have it too and someone can give me their review of it. Normally I would just attend it but it's at 8am tomorrow morning and I'd have to wake up at 645 and take the bus in the rain--so I want it to be worth it!!
But yeah, has anyone heard of this class?
