What do you think of this book title and back cover blurb? Is it catchy enough to make someone want to open the book and read it? Is it too long, not long enough, just the right lenght? Any other comments? Thanks for all answers in advance!
Nirvana: Absolute Freedom
Everyone loves freedom, but only few seem to have it. Many feel stuck in a role or relationship that they don't enjoy being in; yet they find unable to free themselves, as they are afraid to let go of the little pleasure and security that they do get from those otherwise unfulfilling commitments. Some feel stuck in a job that they don't enjoy doing; others find themselves stuck in unfulfilling relationships. Many feel as if they are trapped in a prison, and seem puzzled on how to free themselves and find true fulfillment.
In this book, we inquire deeply into the truth of what absolute freedom is, and how is it we can go about attaining it. We discover that to realize true and lasting freedom, we don't need to be rich, lucky or powerful; nor do we neeed to strive endlessly and compete with others; nor do we need to wait for after-life in anticipation for reward for following certain religious beliefs. All we need to do is to look within, honestly and sincerely, and set ourselves free from the limiting beliefs and superstitions that have kept us trapped in a prison of our own making.
In this book we inquire into:
--What true fulfillment is, and what it is not.
--Why so few people are able to realize true fulfillment.
--What meditation is, and what it is not.
--How to transform suffering into peace.
--The significance of having a spiritual practice.
--How to guard your inner treasure and avoid falling back into old habit patterns.
--What sets a master apart from a scholar.
--Why some people get stuck and are unable to progress on a spiritual journey.
--How to live in absolute freedom.
and more
hmm....maybe I will take out the list. They can just look up the table of contents I guess.
