i wouldnt though its cute for a kid, but not great for a teen or adult
maybe have babys name then flash as his middle name

My bf last name is Flood. So we thought Flash would be a cool name...
What do you think of Flash Flood...We know he could get made fun of...but everyone can...
 
Lol. Nice. Name your dog that, not your kiddo. If you had a horse, it'd be even better. Haha, you enter him in a horse race, Flash Flood. =) Haha. But no, don't name your kid that, you goof.
 
Please think of the childs feelings before anything.., you guys may think its cool and so may others but he is the one who will have to live the rest of his life with this name.. i think he would not be happy with the name its just my opinion..... i think it would be selfish
