I am thinking of going on the GM diet that promises quick weight loss.
I want answers from people that know this diet, or have done it in the pass. Does it actually make you lighter by 10-17 lbs a week? If yes do you have any extra tips? Also do you regain the weight lost right after you are done with the week? If yes is there anything i can do? Any information would be well appreciated. thanks a lot
