I know the ending sucks and Carter is cliche. What do you think about the characterization of the other characters? How could I improve characterization in this story? What do you think about the plot? How about my writing style?
I wrote this about a year ago, when I was 12, and haven't edited much since then. I know I'm young, but I still want your criticism so I can improve. Don't say my story's good if you don't mean it. Honestly, I can take criticism, as long as it's constructive. Actually, it doesn't have to be constructive. You can say, "Your story sucks, do something else." And I won't be pissed. Just don't make it personal.
I would like criticism especially on my writing style. It seems kind of strange to me...I can't actually see the specific things wrong with it, but it just seems...offbeat.
