What do you think of my poem?

This definitely isn't among the better of my poems, but I hope you like it anyway.
Despite the fact that it's is about *not* being overly quixotic, it's still sappy. But Valentine's Day was only three days ago, so I guess it's slightly justifiable.

If I Were A Romantic

If I were a romantic,
I'd name a star for you,
And every night I'd make a wish,
And pray that it came true.

If I were a romantic,
I'd want to be your bride,
And I'd put my Facebook status as,
"I've met the love of my life."

If I were a romantic,
I'd gaze dreamily into your eyes.
I'd hold you close forever,
And refuse to say goodbye.

But I'm not a romantic,
And I never have been,
So I'll just say I love you,
Please don't make me say it again.
