Your drawings are pretty nice i wanna learn how to do that!!
I could draw but not like that!!
 
I would give it a six.
You should try blocking in the hair with a solid color first then go over it with transparent brushes that way it won't look semi-transparent.
My favorite part was the eyes. They looked 3d and were just perfect! :)
