I need a blurb for the back of my second book, which is where the villain begins to justify himself and make the heroine look like the wrongdoer. What do you think of this?
"You call me a villain. You spite my name and loathe the ground on which I walk. You look at my followers and draw blades, and you shed our Kingdom's blood. What I want to know is why. Why do you hate me? Am I not trying to protect my people, as you protect yours? Do I not love them? See the world through my eyes and then tell me I'm evil; I'm not.
Maybe you're wrong. Maybe you are the villain."

Obviously under that will be a summary of the story, or whatever, but I like having dialogue to open it with. What do you think?
