What do you think of a level 14 bleep test result for a 15 year old ?

is there any job that requires me to get over lvl 14 to qualify.
I play cricket I came second highest one guy went on until 14.3 but on the way to 14.4 he just collapsed that,s what you call determination
7 guys crossed lvl 10 six of them were black except me
It was the proper 20m version
