Theyre more like little messages than poems


Number 1 :

Reality.
I have no idea what the word means anymore. Everything I believed in since I was a kid has been thrown to the wind. Scattered. Shattered. Lost. The irony is that, with so many truths being revealed, I think I finally have a handle on the conflict I've been in the middle of for so long. Out of confusion comes clarity. Sort of. I don't have all the answers yet. I may never. But I now believe that with what i've learned,
I can end it all.

Number 2 :

watch me as i grow
i'll be stronger and smarter
than i ever was for you.
sit by the sidelines
and watch this game play out
you'll see,
i'm the winning type
i don't take welll to losing.
but i'll be up on the pedastool
standing ontop of number one
smile upon my face
one you've never seen before,
as i stare straight into you.
watch me as i become better then you
better then i've ever been.
watch me as i get over you
and find someone new


Number 3:

remember that saying;
"if you want something enough
you will eventually get it" ?
i don't believe it
'cause no matter how much
i want you
you're still not mine

don't tell me
it's because i don't want you
'cause i know i do.
i've never wanted anything
as much as you.

i've grown used to the fact ;
i never get what i want .
my whole life.
what makes me think
it'll change now ?
 
Wow, it's a toss up between 2 and 3. But the first one is good too. It's darker. Uh, usually I'd prefer over "I can end it all", which is something in a negative spin, I'd say, "I can die happy". (?) I mean, it's your poem lol. So two had me really rooting for you! And three makes me think of "hope for the best, expect the worst." Good job, Amazing, you really are yourself...(smile) _+)
 
They're very good. I guess you're proably good at writiing too. They gave me the shivers *the good kind!* Keep going, you should enter them into poem competitions!
