well yeah, im new to poetry, but i cant spend long on a poem for the fact ill analyse TOO far and it wont be my true feelings. So yeah this is my 2nd poem ever.. took me 6 minutes.. yeah i know wow

On a never-ending high
Heart beating faster than usual
But more relaxed in every way
Is a girl whose been taken, captured by surprise
People ask her why she’s so happy
She offers a smile and shyly looks away
Hiding rose coloured cheeks
Is a girl with a dream, perfect in every way
In anticipation staring at the phone
Waiting for the call to make her day complete
Hearing his voice
Is a girl in love, forever.
