What Do You Think About These Prison Restaurants - Where the Inmates Work At?

These are around in the UK and in Italy where some maximum security prisons have a restaurant inside where the inmates work at for rehabilitation.

The food is gourmet, the wait is long, and they seem to be very popular.

So far there haven't been any of these restaurants here in the US. Do you think this idea is good?
