What do you think about stupid laws? ?

If you help a person get out of his car in an accident, and accidently you don't pull him out correctly and you hurt his back, you can get sued. That in my opinion is so stupid.... What if the car burnes or explotes?
People are going to be affraid to be good samaritans.
I personally wouldn't care if someone had pull me out of my car if I was in an accident no matter what.
I wouldn't have the eggs to sue someone that just wanted to help me, unfortunately in the U.S.A we just like to sue.

Who would sue somebody in a situation like this one?
Brown 948... Not all people know that "rule" of "cars don't burn after wrecks".... Some people act because they are affraid and concerned but not with a bad intention of hurting or making your back worst.

Probably someone who is in a car wreck, injured his back and someone made it worse by yanking him out of a car that is NOT on fire.

Cars, as a rule don't burn after wrecks...if they do it is usually on impact or because they are leaking gasoline (which you can see and smell) and someone sparks it.

It is general knowledge that you do not move an injured person. If the car IS burning you make a judgment call. Courts take extenuating circumstances into account.
