My favorite part of the play was Juliet’s plan to fake her death. The plan was seconds away from working. The suspense that this scene created was unbearable. Fate had followed them throughout the play and the plan was sure to fail. If Juliet would have waited just a minute more she could have seen Romeo and avoided her death. Juliet awakes alone and next to a dead Romeo and Paris. She kisses Romeo for some hope of poison that could be left on his lips. Unfortunately for Juliet there was none. Juliet then grabs Romeo’s dagger and kills herself. Juliet had loved her husband so much that she would rather be dead then be without her beloved Romeo. I think love was taken too far. Many people loose their loved ones but they do not go around killing themselves. Romeo could have moved on without Juliet, if she had really died. Juliet could have lived without Romeo. They were young and were married within a day of knowing each other. Their love for each other was too serious.
