As an Applied Physics major and Psychology minor in college, I must say that my opinion of it has changed. My saying is "Major in what it is you want to get into as a profession, and minor in something you are fascinated by or love). I chose to minor in Psychology since it sounded so fascinating, controversial and humanitarian. Although I will admit that there are messed up people out there in the world, Psychology just enhances your awareness of what it is you already know (if it brings something to your attention that you don't know much about, it does not exactly blow your hair back and make you say "WHOA, never know that!). It has good intentions to better people and the world that they live in, but most of the time it falls on deaf ears. Clinical Psychology in my opinion is the MOST interesting but seriously flawed as in the answers to peoples answers comes from the life experiences and opinions of the therapist that come from present/current research studies and other clients. What do you think?
