recently, my phone nokia 6303 classic (under warrenty) was dead due to software update fail, hence didnt switch on any attempt.
the nokia care executive reported that the motherboard battery pins needs to be replaced since they are broken, ((but ever since bought the phone never met any physical damage)). hence it has to be submitted for 1 week for repair, and it will cost rs.3000.
i declined to repair.
and showed it to a local mobile repair shop, and they fixed it for rs.400 in about 1 hour, just by reviving the software, and said, that nothing has to be replaced, all pins are alright.
wat do you say?, please share any of your experience.
