What do you think a judge will do if ex doesn't live up to her end of the bargain

will custody issue? Im in Oregon she left with the kids to Louisiana. Jusdge let her keep the kids here but I am supposed to have my first visit(a 2 week stay during the 4th of July weeks) it was on her to get them here but its looking like she cant. At least not by the 4th.
I kinda screwed that up. She has the kids in Louisiana. Not sure if they would go get her there being the custody case is handled in Oregon.
 
If she doesn't live up to her end of the bargain, she is going to be in contempt. Unless she has a valid reason, the judge can give her some time to think about what she is doing or not doing.
