what do you the best photo editor is on the web?

One that caters to the 'simple' matters...ie...crop, resize, grayscale..and maybe a slight bit of 'beautifying'. Is there one that I could download to my computer that doesn't require me to be 'online' when i use it. Thanks!

I started using GIMP but found it to be a pain in the butt to use and moved on to paint.net. Much better software to use. A little tricky at first but you can get the hang of it pretty quickly.
