so the question again, would it be more effective weight loss wise if you ate a very small amount of food every time you got hungry throughout the day (say every 2-3 hours) something exceptionally low calorie, or if you ate really structured meals at say 7:00, 10:30 (snack), 1:00, 3:30 (snack), 6:30...? i mean are you more likely to binge on one of the options, are you being healthier on one of the options, is one more sustainable in the long run...? in both options you are getting around the same amount of calories, maybe a tad less on the first one.
