What do you prefer, Ford or GM?

go the GM much better choice in my opinion,you no ford stands for "FULL OF RUST AND DINTS" (oldie but a goodie)or FOUND ON RUBBISH DUMP all jokes aside its all personal taste
 
Ford, thou ive never owned a GM. But my previous Ford truck had 230,000 miles on it and still ran great, only had to do the basic maintenance on it, and get an alternator for it once. Now I have a 2007 Ford truck, and its already got 40,000, but has yet to be in the shop for anything (I change my own oil and rotate my own tires). SO im sticking with ford
 
GM - with the exception of the Mustang, and to a lesser extent, the new Taurus, Ford's been in a major styling slump on their cars for the last decade (Trucks/SUVs are fine, but I don't want one of those).

Also, my dealership experience with Saturn and Pontiac was way better than my experience with Ford.
