I don't think that anyone younger than sixteen should have sex. When, say, a thirteen year old has sex, it can be physically and emotionally damaging. There's a lot of responsibility that goes with sex.
I also think that pregnant teens are just sad, and that teens who are sexually active should take all precautions. I, personally, have vowed to not have sex until I'm on the pill, and even then I will still use a condom. Many teens think that pulling out will prevent pregnancy, but it doesn't work all the time.
I think that a minor should not have sex with an adult. Even if they're 'in love', its illegal. The adult could get in serious trouble, so the minor is basically just effing up his/her life.
I don't believe in abstinence because I think that you should experience sex with more than one person in your life. I understand how it would make the marriage/wedding night special, but when you're married you're dedicating yourself to your spouse, forever and always (even though divorce is so common). If you know you will get the urge to sleep with other people when you are married, why not get it out of your system before hand, so you won't hurt your spouse? You gotta test drive before you buy, anyway.
