What do you need to get into a performing arts theater class in college?

I'm wanting to attend Eastern Kentucky University for college in a couple years. I have my sights set on the performing arts program (theater), I have always wanted to be an actress but have not had any experiences in the local plays. I am wanting to sign up for the plays next year. I will be a senior then. What all do I need to have a chance to get into the program?
