What do you make of the 73 yr old Austrian man who locked up his daughter

for 24 yrs in a cellar? being reported on sky news that he drugged her back in 1984 handcuffed her up & then abused her & fathered 6 children
why are there some nasty people out there?
at 73 its a bit late for a life sentence, how would they punish him?
