What do you guys reckon about this portrait (photography)?

It's not me first of all... and second of all this isn't a "rate me" sort of thing...
 
You kind look like K.D. Lang? I like the pick, the black and white is a great choice!
 
I like the spontaneity of it, the naturalness of the subject...a lovely smile. I like it because it is the antithesis of the airbrushed nonsense that we usually consume when women are photographed. Even though in black and white, which I do prefer, I appreciate the textures evident, the warmth and thickness of the hair, and the same light and warmth in the eyes.
It would be great in a series of portraits of ordinary people, proving we all look remarkable.
