What do you feed a clown fish?

Hi what do you feed a clown fish, please go into detail for e.g. if you say flakes please say what flakes and if possible send me a link of where sells that including the ingrediants of the flakes.
At college they get fed frozen shrimp and we break it up between our fingers in the water so what else can they be fed? to get ALL of their nutritional requirements?

Marine Flake food, Brine Shrimp, Mysis Shrimp, Blood Worm, I keep Maroon Clownfish and I don't like feed marine fishes prepared foods such as flake, because 96% are wild and not captive breed and need a more natural diet.
