My new roommate and I would talk every now and then when we were alone in our rooms but mostly just sit in silence on our computers. She's been going out a lot with her brother. Tonight, we had a hall meeting and had to decorate something. We were laughing and were all hyper...having a good time. But by the time we got back to our dorm, that went away and it was back to the way it used to be. It was awkward. I again, didn't really know what to say and my hyperness was completely gone.
I went out to talk to someone on the phone and when I came back she was on her phone and saying to someone, "we just had a hall meeting and we were like best friends but..."
